Skiing at Selwyn SnowfieldsAdaminaby is a pretty town nestled into the Snowy Mountains with mountains to explore, lake and rivers to fish and snow to ski. In winter there is snow for skiing and snowplay. The nearby resort of Selwyn Snowfields is a friendly, relaxed family resort, catering for ALL ages.

There are huge areas for cross country skiing. Marked trails are around Selwyn and near Cabramurra. Mounts Jagungal, Tabletop and Tantangarra are popular with ski tourers.

Murrumbidgee River at BolaroHow about some fishing. Adaminaby is surrounded by trout waters. Lake Eucumbene (year round fishing)is 7 minutes to the south. The Murrumbidgee River is the same distance to the north and east. The Eucumbene River and many other rivers and streams are to the west.

Glory Hole Cave at YarrangobillyYarrangobilly Caves are about 40 minutes from Adaminaby in the Kosciuszko National Park. It is a stunning area with beautiful forests and river. Several caves are open to the public. The Yarrangobilly thermal pool is 27 degrees year round. Take a picnic.

Eucumbene River at KiandraWhen you get tired of fishing or skiing you could roam the high plains, ride a horse, ride your mountain bike, look at wild flowers or search for wildlife !
